(AOPi ladies, this one's for you)
Dear yeasted breads,

They say man can't live on bread alone but the aroma you release as you bake in the oven is mindblowing. Seducing my senses to believe that I actually can live on a golden, baked product of flour and water. I only wish that you didn't take so long to make because when I crave that crispy crust, soft/chewy crumb and that fermented flavor, waiting 4 hours - minimum - is just too damn long. It's a love hate relationship but in the end, I'm at the mercy of your delicious goodness.

P.S. you may look cool panda bread but you tasted like absolute $@#%

Oh wow, those are beautiful rolls/bread that you made! Not only is bread amazingly tasty, but it's pretty to look at too (in my opinion). Bread is probably my favorite food ever (or very close, since I can't choose one favorite thing :P). May I ask what recipe you use?
