Did you know? I like bread.
Made the patty melt, pictured above, adapting from the Serious Eats post Kenji wrote awhile back. Tasty!

    I like bread, but these days, it has to be a very measured indulgence.

    Mixing it with fats help. Olive oil, cracked szechuan pepper, or maybe some good creamery butter from grass fed cows.
