I&#39;ve been longing for a grilled cheese all week, and seeing these little beauties just made that longing even worse! I think it&#39;s &#39;cause I have a nice piece of aged cheddar in my fridge that I was saving for a special recipe idea, but I haven&#39;t had time for that so now it&#39;s taunting me and making me dream of cheese all day.

That&#39;s funny that Thomas Keller has a grilled cheese recipe in his cookbook. Your bread really looks delicious. I&#39;m not sure if it would be as good if we used store bought bread. Do you plan on cooking through the entire cookbook? Can&#39;t wait!

Says much about my grilled cheese - Kraft mozarella singles sandwiched between good old Dempster&#39;s whole wheat toast - served with lots of ketchup...haha :)

um yes we totally needed this Ad Hoc recipe for grilled cheese! <br /><br />Low fat cheese and spray butter! HA HA. <br /><br />Orthorexia - OMG I forgot all about this!
